  Ordered a pizza online. It was suppose to be done at 5:28. It was done 10 minutes late and not only were the toppings wrong (we asked for half pineapple) but they made us the wrong size pizza (medium not large).
  
  So now we have to wait who knows how long and they didn't offer us a discount, free side, or to keep the pizza they messed up on and will probably trash.
  
  We like a pizza place across town way more but this was convenient to our house. We won't be back because this is the second time we have been here and the customer service is just plain shitty and we have had to wait well past the pick up time on the order.

  We typically don't have issues which is why I'm giving 3 stars and not less.
  
  We had just had a baby and a friend in Texas called Louie's to place an order for us. She was told she couldn't pay with a card over the phone (a lie, as we have done this before), and that she would have to order via GrubHub.
  
  Since we are about a ten minute drive from this location we told our friend we'd be glad to pick up the pizza.
  
  So our friend placed the order and paid via GrubHub. My husband went to pick up the pizza and was told the order had not been paid for, so he paid for it.
  
  He got home and we texted our friend about it, and she sent us a screenshot showing that she had in fact paid for the pizzas via GrubHub. So we called Louie's, and they couldn't find our order even though it had been 10 minutes. Finally they said we would have to wait for a manager to issue a refund, and that the manager who could do the refund wouldn't be in for TWO DAYS.  This isn't a regular regular refund because I was dissatisfied. This is just giving me back my money because you charged me twice.
  
  Anyway, we waited TWO days as instructed and called back and spoke to the "refund manager" who said they lost the GrubHub ticket but she would refund us, BUT we'd have to come in for her to do the refund. So my husband drove back there, but instead of refunding us the manager CHARGED the amount to our card. She fixed it, but holy cow.
  
  Anyway, after all that, and been going to Louie's for over 20 years since I was a kid, I honestly would have expected a good manager to give us SOMETHING to make up for the fact that we got charged for something that was already paid for, forced to wait two days for a refund, forced to drive back down there for a refund, accidentally charged AGAIN, and just in general dealing with such incompetence. Like, I would have e petted her to give us an order of breadsticks or something. But we didn't even get an apology.
  
  The sad thing is I will continue to go to this location because it's closer than the other ones.

  Very very disrespectful staff! The horrible and borderline psychotic woman in charge told my wife over the phone when she requested "marinara on the side" with breadsticks that "otherwise it would be a pizza". Then when I accidentally hit redeem on a coupon at the time of ordering and came in to pick up my order I was accused of going to a different store and getting the deal multuple times. When I offered to call the stores within a 20 minute radius to verify that that was not the case she refused to sell me the pizza. She then retreated to the back, leaving the counter unattended, even though I told her I was willing to pay full price.

  This is my favorite pizza place to order from.  The delivery drivers are always super nice and courteous.  The food is always cooked to perfection. I've never had an issue with my order.
